成果简介NOVELTY - The module has a driving Mechanism connected to a rack and pinion assembly, flywheel, a transmission system and a power generator unit. The driving mechanism converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The rack and pinion assembly changes linear motion of rack gear into rotational motion of a pinion gear. A larger sprocket is coupled to a smaller sprocket below in a shaft with a help of chain to transfer rotation force to the smaller sprocket. The flywheel increases speed of the smaller sprocket to regulate operations and to produce electrical power. USE - Hardware module for generating mechanical energy into electrical energy for producing electricity for traffic signals, street lightings and roadside infrastructures. ADVANTAGE - The module efficiently converts mechanical energy into electrical energy such that a roller mechanism can be installed on roads to harness energy from passing vehicles, thus reducing reliance on fossil fuels, and lowering carbon emissions. The module provides a cost-effective solution that requires minimal maintenance and operational costs for widespread implementation. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of a hardware module. 106Force applied on upper plate 108Gear parts 109Generator 110Battery 111Inverter
