成果简介NOVELTY - The antenna has an aluminum conductive cone and a copper conductive disc connected to each other for insulation by a fluoroplastic sleeve. A body of an instrument flange connector is secured with screws to a machined inner flange of an aluminum conductive cone, and placed in a radio-transparent plastic fairing connected by a thread to an aluminum conductive base (7) of the antenna. The aluminum conductive base of the antenna contacts the aluminum conductive cone, for forming a geometric shape of the conductive conical structure with provision of expansion of a required band of operating frequencies of the antenna from 1.7 to 10 gigahertz (GHz). Four plastic posts are attached to the aluminum base of the antenna from below, where the posts are connecting to the lower aluminum disc to ensure that the antenna is attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) body at a distance that reduces the influence of the UAV body on the antenna radiation pattern. USE - Omnidirectional disc-cone broadband Wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi)antenna for large and small UAVs for receiving and transmitting digital data with ground, sea or airborne control points of various classes in any geographic regions for special military operations. ADVANTAGE - The antenna ensures omnidirectional reception and transmission of digital data in a broadband channel with ground, sea or airborne control points in a wide band of operating frequencies. The antenna includes a support frame that is made of a non-metallic dielectric material, thus preventing support frame from affecting the antenna.
