| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a rooftop ventilator to induce airflow through a building's ventilation system. A vertical axis wind turbine is mounted on top of the ventilator. A generator is coupled to the turbine to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. A control unit manages operation of the turbine and the generator. The control unit directs the generated electricity to a storage system or directly to a building' s power grid. The ventilation system is connected to the control unit through an electrical cable. The wind turbine operates efficiently in turbulent wind conditions by inducing additional airflow. USE - System for generating electricity using a rooftop ventilator installed in a building. Uses include but are not limited to an office building, a residential building, a commercial building, and an industrial building. ADVANTAGE - The system is easy to install, efficient in energy conversion, and capable of operating in various wind conditions in urban settings. The system ensures seamless integration of VAWT with RTV without compromising ventilator's primary ventilation function. The efficient energy conversion and electricity generation is enabled even in low and turbulent wind conditions typical of urban environments. The cost-effective solution that leverages existing rooftop structures for renewable energy generation is provided.
