| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The process for classifying complex crude oil involves: (a) collecting a crude oil sample in a research area, and removing solid impurities and water in the crude oil sample; (b) blending crude oil sample of the step (a) with a pour point depressant to alters its properties; and (c) quantifying the properties changes using viscosity gravity constant, wax content, and pour point of mixed crude oil samples of the step (b). The high wax content and high pour point, lower viscosity gravity constant is paraffinic. The intermediate wax content and pour point, moderate lower viscosity gravity constant is relatively paraffinic. The lower wax content, lower pour point, higher viscosity gravity constant is naphthenic, and further reduction in wax content and pour point, higher viscosity gravity constant is relatively aromatic, and very low wax content, very low pour point, highest viscosity gravity constant is aromatic. The pour point depressant is Super kerosene oil. USE - Process for classifying complex crude oil. ADVANTAGE - The method classifies crude oil through the blending of varying proportions of Superior kerosene oil, which modifies the characteristics of the crude oil in a cost-effective manner. The viscosity gravity constant is positively correlated with the aromaticity of crude oil while showing an inverse relationship with its paraffinicity. Utilizing this functional relationship allows for the customization of processing and transportation methods according to the specific properties of the crude oil, thus enhancing performance in industrial applications. |
