成果简介NOVELTY - The device has an integrated photovoltaic (PV) panel array arranged on a top of a sieve shaker and strategically positioned to capture maximum sunlight for powering a device main body. A battery storage unit is fixed at a bottom of the PV panel for storing excess solar energy during continuous operation under varying conditions. A control panel interface adjusts shaking parameters and monitors energy consumption and realizes solar power generation and battery status. An intelligent monitoring unit detects anomalies and adjusts the shaking parameters. An environmental sensor monitors temperature and humidity and adjusts operational parameters based on solar power and a battery. A shaking platform driven by an electric motor for applying controlled vibrations to a sample material sieves, where the vibration facilitates a separation of target particles based on size. USE - Solar-powered sieve shaker device for performing particle size analysis. Uses include but are not limited to construction, pharmaceuticals and food processing. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces reliance on electricity sources and promoting environmental sustainability, and improves operational efficiency and curtailing production expenditures.
