| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a housing (1) for accommodating a heat generating component (10). A portion of the heat generating component is immersed in two-phase cooling fluid (2) contained in the housing. A cover piece (3) is removably coupled to the housing for covering an opening of the housing. A vapor compression refrigeration module (VCRM) (4) is fluidly coupled to the cover piece. The VCRM is provided with an evaporator unit (5). The evaporator unit is provided with a cold plate (5a). A heat exchanging coil (5b) is coupled to the cold plate. Hexagonal shaped protrusions (5c) are defined on a surface of the cold plate. The hexagonal shaped protrusions are configured to exchange heat with the two-phase cooling fluid contained in the housing. USE - Thermal management system for a heat generating component e.g. battery module, CPUs, GPUs, chipsets and data centares, for use in a fan, a blower, a pump, a motor, a pipe and compressor. ADVANTAGE - The evaporator unit includes the honeycomb and hexagonal shaped protrusions defined on the surface of the cold plate to exchange heat with the two-phase cooling fluid contained in the housing, so that the cooling efficiency of the system can be enhanced.
