| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - A method for synthesizing a carbon nanocomposite for ammonia sensing, involves carbonizing orange peels hydrothermally, mixing dried orange peels with 30 mL of aqueous citric acid solution while stirring, adding 5 mL of ammonia dropwise; transferring mixture to a stainless steel autoclave lined with Teflon and heating at 200℃ for 18 hours; allowing autoclave to cool naturally to room temperature; centrifuging ,drying, and powdering resultant material to obtain orange peel-derived carbon nanoparticles (CNPs). Synthesizing iron-treated orange peel-derived carbon nanoparticles (Fe-CNPs), synthesizing adding 2 g of dried orange waste peel to 1 M ferric chloride solution and stirring for 2 hours;, drying, and powdering the resultant material to obtain Fe-CNPs, synthesizing zinc-treated orange peel-derived carbon nanoparticles (Zn-CNPs), adding 2 g of dried orange waste peel to allowing autoclave to cool drying, and powdering resultant material. USE - Method for synthesizing carbon nano-composite used for ammonia sensing in pollution monitoring, including both domestic and industrial environments, and for health screening related to ammonia exposure(all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resulting carbon nanoparticles (CNPs, FeCNPs, and Zn-CNPs) exhibit high sensitivity and selectivity for ammonia detection in both gaseous and aqueous phases at room temperature, with a detection range of 10 to 200 ppm. This innovative approach utilizes organic waste, promoting sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.
