| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Bend invariant conformal antenna has an asymmetric coplanar strip-line (ACS) feed comprising a copper geometry comprising copper plates, epoxy glass cloth substrate (FR4) substrate and an elastomer base substrate. The FR4 is stacked up on the elastomers base substrate, and the uniplanar printed circuit board (PCB) antenna structure is integrated with the additively manufactured elastomatry base substrate and the two-layer design with a uni planar PCB design integrated with an additively made elastometer. The integrated uni-planar antenna is realized on the FR4. The printed monopole is connected from the feeding line through multiple stepped impedance transformers. USE - Bend invariant conformal antenna used in ultra-wide band (UWB) region. Can also be used in other types of antennas such as planar or uniplanar antennas. ADVANTAGE - The bend invariant conformal antenna can be realized at low cost, and has high performance metrics that operate in the UW4 frequency band, and is flexible in design, optimized for super wideband characteristic, realized using copper clad geometry on an electrically thin flexible substrate, so that the inherent cost involved in the copper geometry design on the thin substrate can be reduced. The accuracy of the individual parts can be guaranteed, and the assembly of the placement to realize the antenna to be realized can be achieved. |
