成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves mixing manganese dioxide and titanium in a stoichiometric ratio to form a precursor mixture., and calcining the precursor mixture at a temperature of 900 degrees Celsius for 10 hours. The precursor mixture is calcined at a temperature of 950 degrees Celsius for 10 hours. The calcined mixture is repeatedly grounded using an agate mortar pestle, while incorporating acetone as a volatile substance for homogenization. Pellets of the mixture are sintered at a temperature of 950 degrees Celsius for 16 hours to obtain polycrystalline Manganese titanium oxide in ilmenite structure. USE - Method for preparing ilmenite polycrystalline manganese titanium oxide in polycrystalline form. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring optimal synthesis conditions that result in a more reproducible and high quality manganese titanium oxide product suitable for advanced material applications to achieve a more efficient and reliable synthesis process by reducing reaction time and minimizing a need for grinding steps, while ensuring uniformity in a crystal structure and magnetic ordering of a final product, thus minimizing environmental impact, and improving scalability of the process for industrial applications.
