| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The apparatus has a processing unit comprising a machine learning model for processing and analyzing a set of data. A set of sensors monitors and regulates environmental parameters inside the apparatus. Integrated imaging sensor cameras are configured above a compartment for continuously capturing silkworm images of each compartment and transmitting to the processing unit, which processes and analyzes the captured data by applying machine learning trained models to determine characteristics including size, shape, color and assess growing stages, morphological traits, genetic markers and identify unique genetic markers and structural differences and facilitate automatic classification based on traits for textile or biomaterial applications. Classified silkworms automatically transfer the silkworms into designated collection chambers by a sorting mechanism. USE - Internet of things (IoT)-enabled automated incubation tray apparatus for silkworm rearing in textile and biomaterial sectors and food and cosmetics sectors. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus uses the processing unit that transmits a control signal to the sorting mechanism system to automatically transfer fully grown silkworms into designated collection chambers based on analyzed classification, thus facilitating automatic segregation of silkworms and preventing human intervention, which can be prone to error and potentially contaminate silkworms. The apparatus activates the automated environment management module to stabilize temperature, humidity and air quality of inside environment of the tray apparatus when environmental parameters deviate from set standards. |
