| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device for analyzing the content of aerosols and hydrocarbon vapors in atmospheric air has a suspension unit (5) on a vertical mast (17) of two parallel rectangular channels (1,2) connected by bolts with rectangular input openings (3,4) containing semiconductor lasers (6,7) and photodiodes (8,9). An electronic power supply and control unit is provided with the transmission of digitized data from the measuring channels (13,14) to a remote computer. The suspension unit is secured by a welded joint to a vertical mast with a horizontal base in the form of a horizontal plate (20), connected by welding to the vertical mast and bolts (19) to the frame (18) of the self-propelled cart (21). The electronic unit (10) contains a radio modem (10.1) with an antenna (10.2) for transmitting data on the analysis of the content of aerosols and hydrocarbon vapors to a remote computer through a wireless radio channel. USE - Device for analyzing content of aerosols and hydrocarbon vapors in atmospheric air used in industrial safety control systems for oil and gas facilities. ADVANTAGE - The simultaneous analysis of the content of aerosols and hydrocarbon vapors within the volume of their cloud is achieved during mechanical movement of the device within the cloud with the simultaneous transmission of data on the analysis of the content of aerosols and hydrocarbon vapors through a wireless radio channel. The response time of the gas analyzer is reduced.
