成果简介NOVELTY - The sensor has a measuring circuit made in a form of a series-connected probe (1) for receiving an electrical signal about displacements of a controlled object (7). An analog-to-digital converter (3) is equipped with feedback from an analog measuring circuit (2). A power supply (5) is connected to a microprocessor(4), and a digital-to-analog converter (6) is electrically connected to a controlled object made of an electrically conductive material. USE - Capacitive sensor for measuring linear displacements of a controlled object. ADVANTAGE - The sensor increases accuracy of measuring linear movements of the controlled object and ensures that service life of the sensor is increased, thus measuring slightest linear movements of the controlled object without physical contact.
