| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Two-component acrylic coating formulation comprises 100 parts per hundred (phr) one polyacrylate polyol (A1) resin, 5-30 parts per hundred polysilazane, where the total weight of two-component acrylic coating formulation is in the range of 105-130 unit, the polyacrylate polyol (A1) resin has a number averaged molecular weight Mn of between 4300-4500 Dalton, and/or a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of between 5300-5600 Dalton. USE - Two-component acrylic coating formulation used for coated article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-component acrylic coating formulation is transparent, glossy and smooth, has faster curing time due to use of polysilazane for crosslinking, improves thermal properties, increases the thermal stability of the system as compared to the cyano-cured films leading to resistance to thermal degradation, and enhances protection of a substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a method of providing a substrate coated with the acrylic coating formulation, which involves: a. providing 100 phr polyacrylate polyol (A1) resin; b. adding silica (SiO2) to the polyacrylate polyol (A1) resin to obtain a suspension; c. adding polysilazane to the suspension followed by mixing for a time period in the range of 15-40 minutes to obtain a reaction mixture; d. providing a substrate having one surface; e. applying 2.5-3 gram reaction mixture to one surface of the substrate having surface area in a range from 15-20 centimeter square; f. allowing the reaction mixture applied to the surface of the substrate to cure at an environmental temperature for a time period in a range from 24-48 hours to obtain a coated substrate, where the weight ratio of the polyacrylate polyol (A1) resin to the polysilazane is in the range of 100:20-100:10; and 2. a coated article, which comprises: a substrate having one surface and the two-component acrylic coating formulation applied on one of the surfaces of the substrate, where the acrylic coating formulation is in the form of a film coating having a thickness in the range of 20-40 micrometer on the one surface of the substrate. |
