| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device is arranged with a cuvette compartment (3), a radiation source (2), a power source (1), and a microcontroller (5). The radiation source is provided as low-power semiconductor laser that excites fluorescence in sample. The cuvette compartment, battery, and semiconductor laser are fixed in single housing, and the cuvette compartment is designed with ability to accommodate one test tube with sample being studied. The cuvette compartment provides thermostatting and contains photodiode current amplifier (4) that record fluorescence intensities of fluorophores. The microcontroller fixed in main portion calculates ratio of intensities and displays calculation result on digital display (7). USE - Device for determining presence of pathogens for diagnosing viral and bacterial diseases in field conditions. ADVANTAGE - The device increases sensitivity when assessing presence of pathogens due to objective assessment of fluorescence excited by laser radiation passing through sample. The device allows for objective assessment of fluorescence excited by laser radiation passing through sample, measures intensity of fluorescence of fluorophores based on current from photodiodes, calculates measurement result by controller and displays result on display.
