| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The hydrocyclone-thickener has a cylindrical-conical structure (1) that is provided with a discharge branch pipe (3), a feeder (2), a drain branch pipe (4) and a thickener (11) that is provided for dewatering the thickened fraction, is placed on the discharge branch pipe and is made in the form of a hollow structure. A lower portion (9) of the hollow structure is made in the form of a truncated cone, is directed with a smaller base downwards, and ends with a branch pipe (10) for removing the solid fraction. A filter element (6) is installed in an upper portion (5) of hollow structure coaxially with the discharge branch pipe. The top of the surface of the filter element faces the discharge pipe. The filter element is connected by the base to a box (7) passed with a seal through the conical portion of the hollow structure. A pipe (8) is located in the lower portion of the box for removing the filtrate. The filter element is made in the form of a hemisphere with a perforated surface. USE - Hydrocyclone-thickener for separating suspension with dehydration of thickened fraction in food and chemical industries and for obtaining solid phase from liquid manure in animal husbandry. ADVANTAGE - The moisture content of the thickened fraction is reduced.
