A flexible clamping mechanism is designed to securely grip a boot of a walnut tree. A vibration-controlled shaking arm generates adjustable vibrational forces based on real-time sensor data for measuring tree characteristics, where the tree characteristics are boot diameter and health status. An adaptive vibration control system dynamically adjusts shaking intensity to optimize walnut dislodgment, where selective harvesting algorithm employs imaging technology to assess walnut ripeness, and enables targeted dislodgement of ripe walnuts. USE - Adaptive vibration control technology featured autonomous walnut tree shaking device used for navigation within an orchard for tree crops in agricultural practices. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces labor costs associated with walnut harvesting, addresses labor shortages and enhances operational efficiency, and allows for quicker and effective harvests during critical periods. The device adopts selective harvesting capability without minimizes post-harvest sorting so as to improve quality of the walnuts leading to higher market value, so that high-quality nuts are harvested, thus reducing waste and enhancing economic viability of walnut orchards.
