| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Double absorber heterojunction tin-based perovskite solar cell comprises a glass layer, a front contact layer, an absorber layer comprising methylammonium tin iodide, another absorber layers selected from copper zinc tin sulfide (CZTS), copper zinc tin selenide (CZTSe), or copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS), an electron transport layer, back contact layer and aluminum layer. The two absorber materials enhance the efficiency of the solar cell and reduce the need for a hole transport layer. A device structure comprising two absorbers layers achieves a simulated power conversion efficiency (PCE) of more than 30%. USE - Double absorber heterojunction tin-based perovskite solar cell for converting sunlight into electrical energy in a solar energy system. Uses include but are not limited to photovoltaic cell, solar cell array, solar power module, solar panel, solar energy storage device, and solar cell device. ADVANTAGE - The double absorber heterojunction tin-based perovskite solar cell structure enhances the power conversion efficiency (PCE) while reducing the complexity and cost of manufacturing. By incorporating two absorber layers, the structure significantly improves the light absorption capacity and overall efficiency of the solar cell, surpassing the performance limitations of traditional single-junction solar cells and making it a viable alternative to silicon-based cells. The structure reduces the reliance on hole transport layers (HTLs) in the structure, thus simplifying the fabrication process, minimizing material usage, and lowering production costs.
