成果简介NOVELTY - Treating oilfield-produced water involves processing gravity separation (GS), sand filtration (SF), and aeration with centrifuge (AwC) to oilfield-produced water to sedimentation, yielding first intermediate of treated water; obtaining membrane technology (MT) stage, where first intermediate water obtained in Pretreatment stage, subjecting to membrane treatment (MT), which includes microfiltration (MIF), ultrafiltration (UF), and nanofiltration (NF), processing sedimentation gravity separation, removing components based on their density difference and sediments, removing crude oil from oilfield-produced water by process of decantation, where sand filtration consists of sand particles, sandstone particles and charcoal particles from top to bottom respectively, allowing aeration with centrifuge to aerobic biodegradation of both organic and inorganic matter, removing gases formed during organic decomposition, and oxidising iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) to form precipitates. USE - Method for treating oilfield-produced water. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances overall efficacy, includes gravity separation and sand filtration, demonstrate significant effectiveness in the removal of larger contaminant, provides comprehensive solution for improved filtration outcomes, improves water quality and offers scalable solution, increasingly rigorous disposal regulations and environmental oversight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Treating oilfield-produced water involves processing gravity separation (GS), sand filtration (SF), and aeration with centrifuge (AwC) to oilfield-produced water to sedimentation, yielding first intermediate of treated water; obtaining membrane technology (MT) stage, where first intermediate water obtained in Pretreatment stage, subjecting to membrane treatment (MT), which includes microfiltration (MIF), ultrafiltration (UF), and nanofiltration (NF), processing sedimentation gravity separation, removing components based on their density difference and sediments which are denser than oilfield-produced water settles at bottom, while due to floatation process crude oil being lighter than oilfield-produced water floats at top, removing crude oil from oilfield-produced water by process of decantation, where sand filtration consists of sand particles, sandstone particles and charcoal particles from top to bottom respectively, allowing aeration with centrifuge to aerobic biodegradation of both organic and inorganic matter, removing gases formed during organic decomposition, oxidising iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) to form precipitates, where microfiltration (MIF) membrane has polyacrylonitrile (pan), and ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes, which are made from polysulfone (PS).
