成果简介NOVELTY - The microstrip parametric traveling wave amplifier has an integrated planar circuit deposited on a dielectric substrate and consisting of a long microstrip transmission line having extensions repeated periodically with a same pitch to increase width of the transmission line. The transmission line is made of granulated aluminum and germanium as a dielectric layer. An aluminum ground and impedance transformers at ends of the line match with a microwave measuring circuit for terminating in coplanar contact pads. USE - Microstrip superconducting parametric traveling wave amplifier for providing a broadband parametric amplification. ADVANTAGE - The amplifier provides the broadband parametric amplification. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an amplifier topology.
