成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a flexible circuit positioned between a battery and a substrate, where the flexible circuit comprises an elastic portion. A conductive trace is integrated within the circuit, where the trace transmits electrical signals between the battery and the substrate. An adaptive positioning unit is coupled to the circuit. The positioning unit is adjusted the position of the substrate relative to the battery, and the elastic portion maintains continuous electrical contact. A vibration-dampening layer is affixed to a housing and surrounds the circuit and limits mechanical oscillations within the housing to reduce potential wear on the portion. USE - System for connecting a battery to a substrate within a housing. ADVANTAGE - The system performs connection reliability is enhanced. The reliability and lifespan of the connection is improved. The signal transmission and overall performance of the device are improved. A reliable, continuous contact or exhibit limited adaptability to accommodate varying positional requirements is achieved. The design complexity and cost of the system are reduced. The overall performance and reliability of the battery connection system are improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
