| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (100) has a rotating magnetic assembly (102) positioned along a flow passage (104) that directs a magnetized fluid (106). A set of electromagnetic elements (108) is arranged along an inner wall (110) of the flow passage, where the electromagnetic elements modulate the flow rate of the magnetized fluids through the passage. A control unit (112) is coupled to the elements, and adjusts the magnetic field generated by the elements based on an operational state of an actuator. The assembly is oriented diagonally along the passage, and the passage curves at a precise angle to maintain the fluid in a continuous motion. USE - System for controlling fluid flow in actuator in hydraulic, pneumatic, and magnetorheological (MR) system. ADVANTAGE - The fluid flow in the actuator can be controlled effectively. The performance of the fluid flow control system can be improved. The reliability and efficiency of the system under dynamic operating conditions can be increased. The energy consumption of the actuators can be reduced. The operational efficiency and reliability of the control system under high-pressure conditions or in environments with high particulate contamination can be enhanced. The flow rate of fluid can be regulated effectively by altering the magnetic field intensity to achieve a desired viscosity level. The uniform field distribution across the fluid path can be achieved, so that the uneven flow characteristics can be avoided. The effectiveness of the MR fluid systems in applications requiring highly consistent flow modulation can be ensured. The electromagnetic output of the MR fluid systems can be stabilized.
