| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a solar absorber with V-corrugated pattern coated with primer and heat-resistant black paint to maximize solar heat absorption. Transparent covers comprise double glazing to allow solar radiation to enter while preventing heat loss so as to create a greenhouse effect. A frame structure is made of mild steel (MS) sections and aluminum Langles to support the absorber and the covers, for facilitating installation of a system main body on south-facing rooftops for optimal solar exposure. An insulation layer is positioned in a lower part of the absorber to minimize heat loss and maintain system's high energy efficiency. An air baffle directs airflow over the absorber and ensures uniform heat distribution. A centrifugal blower is connected to insulated metal ducts to circulate heated air into a drying chamber, and maintain consistent drying conditions. USE - Solar air drying system for being installed on a roof of a building for performing agricultural and industrial processing of food products. Uses include but are not limited to fruits, vegetables, spices, and cash crops such as tea, coffee, cardamom, and spices. ADVANTAGE - The system utilizes a novel V-corrugated aluminum absorber to enhance efficiency of solar thermal energy capture and conversion compared to conventional copper absorbers, reduces reliance on fossil fuels, minimizes environmental impact, and improves energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
