成果简介NOVELTY - Biomass power generation system comprises biomass raw material bin, star-shaped feeder, air preheater, steering chamber, mixed biomass fuel and conveying medium pipelines, branch pipes, pulverized coal conveying pipeline, coal mill, hearth, raw coal bin, coal feeder, and primary air cooler. The primary and secondary crusher with iron removal module is used to process biomass into particles less than 2-5 mm, and dries biomass using flue gases to enhance combustion efficiency. The adjustable baffles and measuring points for pressure, temperature, and flow ensure precise control over combustion parameters in critical pipelines. USE - Biomass power generation system used for coupling biomass and coal in a pulverized coal boiler for power generation, operating with both biomass and coal independently. ADVANTAGE - The biomass power generation system can enhance the efficiency and sustainability of power generation by integrating biomass and coal, and allows independent operation of both biomass and coal, improves biomass coupling ratios, making coal-electricity production more efficient, cleaner, and adaptable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method coupled with coal burner unit, which involves: performing biomass preparation (crushing, conveying, storage), drying with flue gases, and combustion processes for biomass and coal, and maintaining operational independence and flexibility.
