| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The optical device has an optical axis and a telescopic hollow rigid tube (7) including distal and proximal ends. The spherical lens (3) is installed on the distal end of the hollow rigid tube (4). The spherical lens and the hollow rigid tube are made of a material transparent to waves in the infrared range and placed in an external hollow rigid tube. A viewing tube (5) is installed at the proximal end of the hollow rigid tube. A thermal imager (6) is installed at the exit of the viewing tube. The gas is supplied to the outer hollow rigid tube. The outflow of tube near the spherical lens prevents dirt from settling on the surface of the spherical lens and the hollow rigid tube. The mirror is installed in front of the spherical lens. USE - Optical device for technical monitoring of energy-loaded objects and networks in hard-to-reach spaces such as cavities, trenches and heating unit chambers through small openings or gaps. ADVANTAGE - The transparency of optical elements in the infrared range and their minimum number ensures low optical losses and the possibility of using modern methods of technical thermographic monitoring of energy-loaded objects and networks, thus providing the possibility of their technical diagnostics based on their actual condition without carrying out expensive dismantling work. The presence of an external hollow rigid tube and connected compressed air prevents dirt from settling on the surface of the optical elements, thus protects the optical device from contamination.
