| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a hollow channel (101) for providing an enclosure for passage of cables. A male connector is provided with a first body (102) with a plurality of spring-loaded protruding pogo-style pins (103). A female connector is provided with a second body (107) with a plurality of recessed sockets (104). Magnets (105) are positioned towards corresponding opposing edges of the first body and the second body. A plurality of electrical contacts is provided on the first body and the second body to enable an electrical communication between cables attached with the male connector and the female connector. A conductive moisture sensor is installed within the first body and the second body to detect moisture within the first body and the second body to generate an alert regarding water ingress. USE - Magnetic connector system for an electric submersible motor. ADVANTAGE - The electrical contacts facilitate communication between the attached cables, while sealing grommets and compression glands at the entry points ensure the watertight seal, so that protection against moisture can be ensured, expenses can be significantly reduced by minimizing the reliance on heavy machinery and large labor teams for extracting motors and pipelines during minor repairs, thus dramatically shortening repair time, minimizing system downtime, and enhancing safety for both workers and the motor by eliminating the need for extensive excavations and complex operations, and hence reducing the risk of accidents, and ensuring that cables are safely extracted even when damaged without impacting the integrity of the motor.
