成果简介NOVELTY - The screen has a frame (1). A box is connected to the frame. A vibration motor (11) is attached to the box. Each screen deck (2,3) is provided with replaceable screen assemblies. A discharge unit for undersize product is configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies. The discharge unit for oversize product is configured to receive materials that pass over the upper surface of the screen assembly. The collector (8) for the undersize product and two trays (9) for the oversize product are mounted on a frame to form a hopper, which is secured to the frame of the screen. The screen assemblies are attached to the screen decks by tension bars in a direction parallel to the flow of the material to be screened through the screen assemblies. The screen assemblies are arranged along an arc perpendicular to the direction of movement of the flow of the material to be screened through the screen assemblies. USE - Inertial screen used for screening rocks and bulk building materials in laboratories for fractional analysis of bulk materials, and for dehydration of various materials e.g. enriched coals and washed ores in mining and coal industry. ADVANTAGE - The trajectory of the material's movement during passage through the screen is a straight line, and the material is on the surface of the assembled screen throughout the entire processing time, so that the efficiency of screening and productivity is increased.
