成果简介NOVELTY - The device has working surfaces which are made of an erosion-resistant material. The solid target is made as a composite of a main element (1) and removable wear-resistant pads (2) connected to each other to form teeth. The working surfaces are located on the outer side of the pads and set with a relief, for providing an angle of set range of impact of a vertically flowing stream of liquid from above and a tangent to the working surface of the pad at the point of impact contact. The number, shape and arrangement of the teeth on the target are designed to enable continuous contact of the stream of dispersed liquid with the teeth of the pads of the rotating target. USE - Disc-shaped solid target device for ultra-jet dispersion of liquid or liquid suspension. ADVANTAGE - The increase in the dispersion efficiency and working resource, operational manufacturability and ease of maintenance and repair of the device for ultra-jet dispersion of liquid can be achieved.
