成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a process unit provided with an XBee Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) module, an actuator, a temperature and current sensor, a buzzer, and a power supply. The processing unit is used for allowing instantaneous supervision and control of die casting machines while maintaining operational efficiency through effective data collection and prompt notifications regarding any outlier. USE - Mobile edge device with machine learning for production monitoring and control of die casting machines using xbeeand loratechnology. ADVANTAGE - The system allows operator visibility and interaction through graphical displays and handheld devices for displaying all relevant information and options to control the machine, so that the user's time can be saved to physically move only once to a single location, and the effectiveness of the processes can be improved, thus measuring and minimizing idle time while providing managers and all the interested parties with operational and flexible decision making tools.
