| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for endotyping chronic adenoiditis in children involves at the stage of diagnosing the disease, taking venous blood from the child, determining the level of transforming growth factorβ -1 (TGFβ -1), interferon-γ (IFN-γ ), interleukin-5 (IL-5), IL-1β , and TNF-α by enzyme immunoassay and diagnosing as one of four endotypes depending on the level of the determined markers, where e.g. (a) endotype 1, bacterial is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of 51.5-65.53 pg/ml or with a TGF-β 1 level of 30.35-51.5 pg/ml in combination with an IL-1β level of more than 20.45 pg/ml, (b) endotype 2, viral is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of ≤ 8.33 pg/ml and an IFN-γ level of more than 47.09 pg/ml, or (c) endotype 3, hypertrophic variant is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of more than 93.1 pg/ml or with a TGF-β 1 level of 65.43-93.1 pg/ml in combination with a specific TNF-α indicator level. USE - The method is useful for endotyping chronic adenoiditis in children. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for endotyping chronic adenoiditis in children involves at the stage of diagnosing the disease, taking venous blood from the child, determining the level of transforming growth factorβ -1 (TGFβ -1), interferon-γ (IFN-γ ), interleukin-5 (IL-5), IL-1β , and TNF-α by enzyme immunoassay and diagnosing as one of four endotypes depending on the level of the determined markers, where (a) endotype 1, bacterial is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of 51.5-65.53 pg/ml or with a TGF-β 1 level of 30.35-51.5 pg/ml in combination with an IL-1β level of more than 20.45 pg/ml, (b) endotype 2, viral is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of ≤ 8.33 pg/ml and an IFN-γ level of more than 47.09 pg/ml, (c) endotype 3, hypertrophic variant is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of more than 93.1 pg/ml or with a TGF-β 1 level of 65.43-93.1 pg/ml in combination with a specific TNF-α indicator level, and (d) endotype 4, allergic variant is diagnosed with a TGF-β 1 level of 8.33-30.35 pg/ml in combination with an IL-5 indicator of more than 14.45 pg/ml or with a TGF-β 1 level of 30.35-51.5 pg/ml in combination with an IL-1β indicator of ≤ 20.45 pg/ml. |
