| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The inverter (100) has a direct current (DC) source of voltage configured to serve as an input DC power source or link. Five capacitors (C1-C5) are configured to store electrical energy. A set of six switches (S1- S6) is configured to regulate the current flow. A pair of charging inductors (Lr) is configured to charge the capacitors. The inverter is operated a state by connecting the third, fourth and sixth switches to the second, third and fifth capacitors in series to give an output voltage of minus 2.5Vdc at a load with a diode (D3) being forward-biased, where the fourth capacitor forms a resonant circuit with the DC-link and charging inductors to charge the fourth capacitor. USE - Multi-level switched-capacitor-based single source inverter for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and motor drives. ADVANTAGE - The inverter is capable of suppressing high inrush capacitor charging current, thus reducing the current stress on the capacitor and semiconductor devices such as switches and diodes. The capacitor voltages are self-balanced and do not require any additional complex circuit to balance the voltages of the capacitors. The inverter useas a voltage boosting feature that eliminates the need for alternating current (AC) transformer and can easily handle higher voltage load from lower input voltage source. The inverter provides output voltage waveform with six-step waveform, which is near the sinusoidal waveform which helps in reducing the size of the filter while reducing losses and increasing the efficiency of the inverter. The inverter realizes reduced number of switches to decrease the number of gate driver circuits.
