成果简介	NOVELTY - The mixer has a chassis that supports the entire assembly and mounts a handle assembly and a mixer assembly. A handle assembly comprises a handle (109), a bearing (104), a bearing casing (110), and fasteners (111). The handle is manually operable and connected to a blade assembly through a bevel gear mechanism and pinion bevel gears (102). A mixer assembly is provided with a container, a nozzle plate, a sliding plate, and the fasteners. The sliding plate moves between the nozzle plate and the container to control flow of mortar. A blade assembly is provided with a blade (103), bevel grooves, pinion grooves and fastener. The blade is driven by the handle through the bevel groove mechanism to ensure uniform mixing of mortar inside the container. The operation of the handle rotates the blade which mixes the mortar in the container and directs the mortar towards nozzle plate for filling the plastic bottles placed below the nozzles. USE - Concrete mixer for producing mortar-filled plastic bottles for use as bricks in construction in civil engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The mixer ensures the mortar maintains the correct consistency and is efficiently inserted into the plastic bottles, preventing the issues of mortar stiffening and material wastage that can occur during slower filling processes. The handle assembly, featuring a bearing and bearing casing minimizes friction and facilitates smooth operation. The mixer allows for the efficient and manual production of mortar-filled plastic bottles and provides a durable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional bricks, thus significantly reducing the environmental impact of construction materials.
