成果简介NOVELTY - The system has motion sensors integrated into each arm to capture behavioral parameters including entry, exit, and time spent in each arm, allow automated tracking and minimize potential errors in data collection. High-resolution overhead cameras are positioned above a maze to capture real-time movements and exploratory behaviors of animal subjects, and enable detailed behavioral analysis for neuro-pharmacological and neurobehavioral studies. Transparent closed arms are made from high-transparent hardness materials e.g. clear acrylic or polycarbonate. The closed arms are made of transparent materials to minimize artificial anxiety in animal subjects. USE - Transparent closed arm plus maze system for performing behavioral measurement e.g. anxiety, exploratory activities and decision making, in animals. ADVANTAGE - The system reduces artificial stress in animal subjects by allowing visual contact with their surroundings.
