The housing is arranged with a hopper (102) that is accessed by a user for dumping a concrete waste inside housing. A chamber (103) is arranged inside housing for accommodating dumped concrete waste. A pair of jawed clippers (104) are integrated underneath hopper that are actuated by an inbuilt microcontroller to crush dumped waste while being dumped into chamber, followed by actuation of a rotatory shredder installed at base of chamber for further grinding crushed waste. An artificial intelligence-based imaging unit (106) installed inside housing and integrated with a processor for capturing and processing images of inside of housing, respectively to determine dimensions of crushed concrete waste, in accordance to which microcontroller actuates a motorized gripper installed inside housing and integrated with a bucket. USE - Modular concrete waste recycling device. ADVANTAGE - The device is capable of grinding and segregating a concrete waste into different sizes and mixing the grinded concrete waste of user-specified dimension with water to form a concrete mixture and further shaping the mixture for casting concrete bricks in a precise and automated manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modular concrete waste recycling device, comprises a housing (101) developed to be positioned on a ground surface. The housing is arranged with a hopper (102) that is accessed by a user for dumping a concrete waste inside housing. A chamber (103) is arranged inside housing for accommodating dumped concrete waste. A pair of jawed clippers (104) are integrated underneath hopper that are actuated by an inbuilt microcontroller to crush dumped waste while being dumped into chamber, followed by actuation of a rotatory shredder installed at base of chamber for further grinding crushed waste. An artificial intelligence-based imaging unit (106) installed inside housing and integrated with a processor for capturing and processing images of inside of housing, respectively to determine dimensions of crushed concrete waste, in accordance to which microcontroller actuates a motorized gripper installed inside housing and integrated with a bucket for loading grinded waste into a cylindrical structure arranged inside housing. The sieves are arranged inside structure at different lengths with pores size of sieves arranged in a descending manner for storing different sized concrete waste in a segregated manner. The sections are integrated inside structure, where each separated by sieves for storing different sized concrete waste. An electronically controlled spout is integrated on each section of structure that is actuated by microcontroller to dispense an appropriate quantity of different sized concrete waste into a mixing member arranged inside housing. A motorized shaft is suspended from ceiling of mixing member that is actuated by microcontroller to rotate for grinding dispensed waste, followed by dispensing of an appropriate amount of water in mixing member in order to form a concrete mixture. A platform is arranged inside housing, underneath member and integrated with molding units by motorized sliding units that are actuated by microcontroller to translate molding units underneath mixing member, followed by actuation of a motorized slit integrated underneath member to dispense a portion of concrete mixture on molding units in view of casting concrete bricks. A non-contact moisture sensor is arranged inside housing for monitoring moisture level of casted concrete brick and in case monitored moisture level recedes a threshold moisture level. The microcontroller actuates a motorized ball and socket joint integrated in between molding unit and platform to turn upside down for transferring casted brick in a humidity controlled box arranged inside housing to allow concrete bricks to get prepared in an appropriate manner.
