| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a rectangular base (101) provided with four perpendicularly installed telescopic rods (102) that are provided with motorized omnidirectional wheels (103), and attached with the base for a locomotion of the base. Multiple heating coils (104) are embedded in insulated sheets (105) that are arranged on the base in a grid formation. A motorized shaft (122) is attached with the base by means of a pair of L-shaped telescopic poles (107) that is attached with two edges of the base by means of secondary ball and socket joints for pressing and rolling a pigment on mesh onto fabric for printing. USE - Customizable fabric printing device for producing technical or functional textiles e.g. reflective clothing and camouflage patterns. ADVANTAGE - The microcontroller actuates the heating coils to produce heating effect in the fabric that is placed over the wooden block layered on the base with prevention of heat loss from the heating coil, and accesses a computing unit by user for giving input commands regarding the pattern to be printed on the fabric based on that the microcontroller. The device allows customization and personalization of designs, enables creation of unique patterns, logos, and market trends. The device adds visual appeal and diversity to clothing lines by fabric printing.
