| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The co-extruded polymer modular structure is made in tubular form and consists of sectors connected by the co-extrusion method. The sectors (1) form a tubular case, each consisting of coaxially arranged sequentially outer sectors (2), middle sectors (3) and inner sectors (4). The conductive sectors (5) are arranged radially between the outer, middle and inner sectors. The inner sector forming the tubular case is made of a conductive material. The outer sector and middle sector forming the tubular case are made of a non-conductive material. The conductive sectors are located evenly around the circumference of the tubular case. USE - Co-extruded polymer modular structure for laying and placing power electric cables and fiber-optic cables primarily underground. ADVANTAGE - The co-extruded polymer modular structure increases the reliability and safety of underground cables. The material of sectors is weather-resistant and atmospheric-resistant, to ensure the required durability for both storage and operation in moderately cold climates and maritime climates. The material of outer and conductive sectors is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, which ensures that the product retains the physical and mechanical properties during long-term storage in open space or when exposed to direct sunlight, and prevents the color of the product from fading. The material of all sectors is heat-resistant, which ensures the withstanding of temperature loads in the required operating conditions. The material of all sectors is resistant to chemical action and moisture, which is necessary for long-term safe operation of both the product and the protected cable line laid inside. The absence of silting of cable lines and the preservation of the operational characteristics of both the laid cable line and the product are ensured.
