成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has an elliptical frame (101) positioned around a cycling helmet worn by a user while riding a bicycle. A set of suction cups (102) is arranged on an inner periphery of the elliptical frame. An artificial intelligence-based imaging unit (103) is integrated in the frame and paired with a processor for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of the frame. A sensing module is integrated in the frame for monitoring extreme real-time weather conditions. A microcontroller actuates a motorized hinge joint (108) for providing converging or diverging movement to change orientation of a unit to protect the user from weather conditions such that the user is allowed to comfortably ride a bicycle. USE - Bicycle helmet-mounted extreme weather protection assistive device for providing clear visibility to bicycle rider by diverting snow, rain, and sun rays from line of sight of a rider. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes an anemometer to determine direction and intensity of wind based on the direction of rain, snow and intense sun rays so as to position a transparent plate in front of a user's face in view of shielding the user from detected wind in an effective manner.
