| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Porous niobium oxide-decorated polypyrrole-doped reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites comprises Nb2O5/rGO ternary nano-composite comprising reduced graphene oxide (rGO) platelets (rGO:Nb2O5) present in the ratio of 2:1, anchored with polypyrrole (PPy), with interplanar spacing of 0.388 nm between lattice. USE - Porous niobium oxide-decorated polypyrrole-doped reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites in electronics, energy storage devices. ADVANTAGE - The Nb2O5@rGO/PPy nanocomposites has enhanced supercapacitor performance, superior energy density, enhanced specific capacitance, cost effective and easy in production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing Nb2O5/rGO ternary nanocomposites which involves mixing 0.4 g of Nb2O5@rGO (NGO) composites with 20 ml methanol, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes (min) to ensure thorough dispersion, measuring 44 ml methanol and 29 ml deionized (DI) water separately and combining under constant stirring, dissolving 4.4 g anhydrous ferric chloride (FeCl3) in 40 ml DI water, adding 0.5 ml pyrrole to solution, followed by vigorous stirring for 5 hour (h) under temperature regime of 0-5℃, storing the resultant mixture at low temperature for an additional 5 h while subjecting the resulting solid residue to thorough washing with water followed by overnight drying at 60℃. |
