成果简介NOVELTY - Mutant polypeptide is new, where mutant polypeptide has 70% amino acid sequence identity to sequences selected from 490 amino acid sequences of (SEQ ID NOs: 2-4), given in the specification, where the mutant polypeptide encodes a protein having beta-glucosidase activity. USE - Mutant polypeptide used in mutant beta-glucosidase protein, and industrial biofuel production to convert lignocellulosic materials into fermentable sugars. ADVANTAGE - The mutant polypeptide is tolerant to fungal β-glucosidase and shows glucose tolerance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Mutant polynucleotide strand, or complimentary strand for encoding the mutant; Expression cassette, which comprises the nucleic acid; Recombinant vector, which comprises the nucleic acid or the expression cassette; Microbial host cell, which comprises the vector; Method for synthesis of mutant polypeptide; and Mutant beta-glucosidase protein, which comprises mutant polypeptide sequence.
