| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has multiple synchronous buck converters (SBCs) positioned between a direct current (DC) link and multiple charging slots. Multiple SBCs are connected in parallel to each other by the DC link. Each SBC is connected to an electric vehicle (EV) battery. Each SBC ensures smooth power delivery from a grid to a charging station, manages fluctuations in grid current and provides constant DC link voltage by distributing the charging load across multiple batteries. A battery management unit optimizes battery charging by employing an appropriate charging process as determined by a charging control unit. USE - System for charging multiple electric vehicle (EV) batteries in swappable charging station. ADVANTAGE - The system enables monitoring power delivery from a grid to ensure a smooth power flow to the charging station, preventing fluctuations in grid current and DC link voltage by spreading the charging load across the batteries, and continuously monitoring the state of the batteries and adjusting the charging protocol as needed. The system ensures smooth power delivery in a swappable charging station infrastructure for EVs. The system addresses the issue of fluctuating power caused by pulse charging, ensuring stable power flow from the grid to multiple EV batteries while optimizing battery health and charging efficiency. The core of the system is a dynamic charging method, which selects the most appropriate charging method based on the number of batteries being charged and their state of charge (SOC).
