成果简介	NOVELTY - The test rig has a platform (1) simulating a soil surface in field conditions (2). A support frame (5) is set with driving and driven wheels (6,7). A running electric drive (8) is set with a thyristor control unit. A seeding section (14) is set with a seeding unit (15) and a seeding disc drive, a turbo fan (18), linear meter sensors, a digital system, a microcontroller measuring unit and a control panel for the operation of the rig. Seeding disc (16) is driven by a driven wheel of the support frame. The support frame is equipped with a spindle (10) with a runner placed on spindle with a support (13). A hydrostatic drive mechanism is utilized to synchronize the circular movement of the running electric drive and the radial movement of the support, and provides a radial shift of the support by one step equal to the width of the seed sowing belt per revolution. USE - Test rig for running in and testing operation of pneumatic seeding units. ADVANTAGE - The length of the test run is increased due to the potential for performing multiple turns on the platform, which eliminates the need for additional measurement cycles. Agro-technological indicators of the quality of operation of the seeding apparatus of a pneumatic seeder when simulating real working conditions in a field prepared for sowing, is achieved. The reliability of the results is increased.
