| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method for producing sustainable paver blocks involves: (a) utilizing waste tire rubber, waste plastic bottles, waste steel slag, and fly ash as primary materials; (b) heating the waste tire rubber to a softening temperature of approximately 200°C; (c) melting the waste plastic bottles at 270°C; (d) preheating the waste steel slag and fly ash to enhance bonding properties; and (e) combining the heated materials at 250°C. USE - Method for producing sustainable paver blocks for pavements, driveways, footpaths and parking lots. ADVANTAGE - The block exhibits a naturally rough surface texture, providing enhanced skid resistance compared to conventional concrete paver blocks, has a compressive strength of 15 N/mm2, which is approximately four times greater than the compressive strength of conventional concrete paver blocks, and demonstrates heat resistance up to 575°C, making it suitable for high-temperature applications. The combination of waste materials reduces environmental impact by re-purposing industrial and household waste, contributing to sustainable construction practices. The method offers a sustainable solution for waste management and reduces environmental impact while providing high-quality construction materials. It contributes to resource efficiency and supports eco-friendly practices in the construction industry. The naturally rough texture of the makes them safer for use in high-traffic areas. The blocks use abundant and otherwise discarded waste materials, reducing environmental pollution, offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional paver blocks by minimizing reliance on cement, and the production of which is a significant source of greenhouse gas emissions. By addressing both environmental and construction needs, the method offers a transformative solution for a greener, more sustainable future. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a composition for preparing sustainable paver blocks, which comprises 250 g shredded rubber derived from waste tire rubber, 300 g melted plastic derived from waste plastic bottles, 400 g preheated waste steel slag, and 150 g preheated fly ash; |
