成果简介NOVELTY - Diesel locomotive cable rubber sheath material comprises 30 wt.% silane grafted polyethylene, 10 wt.% neoprene rubber, 15 wt.% chlorinated polyethylene, 10 wt.% linear low-density polyethylene, 2-4 wt.% magnesium oxide, 2 wt.% silane A-171 combined with maleic anhydride polyethylene, 12 wt.% carbon black N339, 2 wt.% precipitated silica, 4 wt.% aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-1 wt.% tris(chloropropyl) phosphate, 1.5-2 wt.% 6PPD (N-1,3-Dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine), 1.5-2 wt.% tetrakis(2-chloroethyl) dichloroisopentyl diphosphate, 0.5-1 wt.% 4,4'-dioctyl diphenylamine, 2 wt.% aromatic oil and sum of 1.5 wt.% zinc oxide and 0.5 wt.% of stearic acid, 0.5 wt.% sulfur and 0.75 wt.% 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole.
