| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Nano particle-infused coating composition comprises a matrix material consisting of ceramic, polymer, and/or metal oxide, multiple of nanoparticles dispersed within the matrix material, where the nanoparticles are silica, alumina, zirconia, carbon nanotubes, and/or graphene. A stabilizer prevents agglomeration of nanoparticles within the matrix material. A bonding agent enhances adhesion to substrates made of metals, ceramics, or composites, improving the durability and longevity of the coating. The coating composition is applied to a substrate, exhibits a reduction in thermal conductivity by 30 % compared to conventional high-temperature insulation coatings. A corrosion resistance and resistance to thermal cycling improving the operational lifespan of the substrate. USE - Nano particle-infused coating composition for high-temperature insulation and for automotive components.
