| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Nanostructured membrane for water filtration, comprises a base layer formed from a flexible polymeric substrate to provide structural support, and an active nanostructured layer with nano scale pores ranging from 0.1-10 nanometers in diameter, incorporating graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes within a polymeric matrix to achieve selective filtration of contaminants, including pathogens, heavy metals, chemical impurities, and micro plastics. A surface coating layer comprises hydrophilic agents to minimize fouling and antimicrobial nanoparticles to prevent microbial colonization. The membrane is designed to achieve 99.99% contaminant removal efficiency, a water flux of 200 liters per square meter per hour, and high durability, and it is manufactured using a layer-by-layer deposition method, chemical cross-linking, and roll-to-roll fabrication processes. USE - Nanostructured membrane for water filtration. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide in the active layer provides high water permeability, antimicrobial properties, and resistance to fouling. The carbon nanotubes within the active layer enhance mechanical reinforcement, thermal stability, and water filtration efficiency. The hydrophilic surface coating comprises polyethylene glycol or similar compounds to reduce fouling and improve water flux. The antimicrobial nanoparticles are selected from silver nanoparticles, copper oxide nanoparticles, or a combination, providing long-lasting antimicrobial protection. The roll-to-roll fabrication process ensures scalability and cost-effective production for industrial applications. The layer-by-layer deposition process incorporates alternating graphene oxide and polymer layers to create a uniform and defect-free nanostructure. The membrane achieves resistance to biofilm formation through the synergistic action of hydrophilic surface properties and antimicrobial nanoparticles. |
