成果简介	NOVELTY - A recombinant protein production system comprises a bioreactor configured with advanced oxygen supply systems to maintain optimal dissolved oxygen levels above 20%, pH control unit integrated with bioreactor for regulating pH of culture medium within 5-6.8, and substrate feeding mechanism for supplying both hydrophobic and hydrophilic carbon source such as fatty acid, glycerol, glucose, or agricultural byproduct; or a bioreactor equipped with selectable promoters including constitutive promoters such as polytetrafluoroethylene, and inducible promoters such as pXPR2, pLIP2, or pPOX2, medium preparation unit optimized to activate promoter-specific gene expression, and control module for phase-specific modulation of promoter activity; or bioreactor for operating under low-pH conditions to inhibit bacterial growth, medium composition selection unit favoring yeast proliferation under low pH, and a protein stabilization chamber to maintain protein activity and stability at low pH levels. USE - System for producing recombinant protein, preferably promoter-driven recombinant protein (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system provides protein with high yield and high quality, inhibits bacterial contamination by operating at low pH, incorporates real-time monitoring and control interfaces for enhanced process management, reduces the risk of microbial contamination and improves the stability of recombinant protein.
