| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manufacturing smooth plywood involves drying of veneers to a required thickness to the required moisture content; sorting the dried veneers based on quality; assembling the mat-ply board by stacking multiple veneers; loading the assembled mat-ply board into a hot press and applying heat and pressure to bind the veneers; half-trimming the board to a desired intermediate size; calibrating the thickness of the mat-ply board to achieve uniformity; uniformly spreading resin-coated smooth surface particles on the intermediate-size board before subsequent hot-pressing smoothing surface particles on the board before subsequent pressing to achieve the final surface finish loading and subjecting the board to a hot press operation; cutting the boards to a final specified size; and sanding and finishing the board to achieve a smooth surface. USE - Method for manufacturing smooth plywood having surface qualities of medium density fiberboard (MDF) and high density fiberboard (HDF) boards used in direct painting, laminating, short-cycle press lamination, UV coating, and digital printing. ADVANTAGE - The method eliminates surface irregularities such as dents, roughness marks, or line marks, achieves uniform and smooth surface finish on smooth surface plywood, enables the plywood to be directly used for surface decoration applications without requiring additional finishing steps, avoids the reliance on costly imported face veneers by utilizing alternative materials. The method reduces overall production costs while maintaining or enhancing product quality. The method integrates sustainable practices by utilizing crop waste, natural fibers (such as coir, hemp, and sugarcane waste), and wood or lignocellulosic material waste as a cost-effective source of raw materials for plywood production. The method eliminates the need to laminate/paste thin boards like MDF or HDF. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a composition of smooth surface plywood, which comprises uniformly pulverized wood; multiple lignocellulosic particle, natural fiber, multiple of bamboo particle; and adhesive, where the adhesive includes resin and glue. |
