成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a chamber that consists of a frame and sheets of dielectric material. The front and side walls of the chamber are equipped with doors. A branch pipe is provided with a filter for air intake which is made in the bottom of the chamber. The upper wall of the chamber is equipped with an exhaust branch pipe, which is designed with the possibility of connecting to an exhaust fan. The drive roller is connected by a gear transmission to an electric motor and fixed outside of the chamber on its upper portion. The idler rollers are installed in such a way that during rewinding the base substrate passes directly under the lower edge of the rectangular exhaust probe. A plate is installed with the possibility of changing the height in the middle portion of the chamber. The nozzle block is designed with the possibility of connecting to a high-voltage source. The plate has perforations surrounding the nozzle block along its perimeter. USE - Device for electroforming nano-fibers with fixed nozzle block for producing flat membranes and catalysts. ADVANTAGE - The use of a herringbone gear pump reduces polymer pulsation, while the effects of reduced pulsation are offset by the organized air flow.
