成果简介NOVELTY - The electroforming device has a chamber made of dielectric materials mounted on a frame. A front wall of the chamber is equipped with a door. A branch pipe with a filter for air intake is made in the bottom of the chamber. Vertical grooves made in plates are attached to the ends of a linear guide. Several pins arranged in a vertical row are made on each of the two side walls of the chamber. Two vertical grooves interact with two pins on the side walls of the chamber, respectively, in each of the plates. Each upper vertical groove is made open in upper section. Each lower vertical groove in lower section is made with a lateral channel for the entry of a pin into the lower vertical groove and exit from the pin. Channels connect with the lower lateral portion of the lower vertical grooves on one of sides, respectively. A distance between the centers of the grooves is equal to the distance between the centers of the pins. USE - Device for electroforming nanofibers with a movable nozzle block for producing flat membranes and catalysts for synthesis of methanol from synthesis gas. ADVANTAGE - The electroforming device allows minimizing the time of removal and reinstallation of the nozzle block for maintenance and cleaning, respectively. The downtime of the device for electrospinning nanofibers with the movable nozzle block for the production of flat membranes and catalysts for the synthesis of methanol from syngas is reduced. The design of the electroforming device allows the operator to quickly, easily and safely remove the movable nozzle block for maintenance and cleaning, and install back. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating the device for electroforming nanofibers with the movable nozzle block for the production of flat membranes and catalysts for the synthesis of methanol from synthesis gas.
