成果简介NOVELTY - The airfoil structure has a V-shaped duct (200) formed along span length (SL) in an airfoil profile. The duct is provided with a wide air inlet (202) positioned between upper and lower surfaces (110 and 112) at a leading edge (102). A narrow air outlet (204) is positioned between the leading edge and a trailing edge (104) at the lower surface. The duct is downwardly inclined at angle of 8-16 degrees with respect to a chord length (CL). The duct is provided with a bottom inner surface and a top inner surface. The air outlet is positioned at a quarter chord point. The duct is provided with inner walls that are angled to direct airflow tangentially along a channel between the air inlet and the air outlet. USE - Airfoil structure for enhancing aerodynamic performance for use in aircraft design, a propeller, rotor blades, wind turbines and aeronautical construction in light helicopters in the main rotor blades. ADVANTAGE - The airfoil structure enhances overall flight efficiency of the wing, reduces overall drag relative to produced lift, and achieves a higher lift-to-drag ratio in the modified airfoil design.
