成果简介NOVELTY - Treating oilfield-produced water (OFPW) involves preliminary treatment step involves the integration of a tilted plate interceptor (TPI), dissolved air flocculation (DAF), and an adsorption treatment process to effectively process the produced water, yielding a first intermediate of treated water, a secondary treatment step involves bioremediation to effectively degrade residual organic pollutants, particularly hydrocarbons, that persist following the pre-treatment and a final step consists of a tertiary treatment process utilizing membrane technology to achieve a higher purity level of the treated water. The tilted plate interceptor (TPI) process involves number of parallel plates tilted at an angle of 45-60° to increase the surface area of separation and utilizing the gravitational force to separate the of pw from ss and oil content. The TPI consist of a number of inclined corrugated plates mounted parallel to each other usually at spacing of 2 cm. USE - Method for treating oilfield-produced water (OFPW). ADVANTAGE - The method addresses the inefficiencies and limitations of existing Oilfield produced water (OFPW) treatment methods by employing a stepwise approach that improves overall treatment performance and compliance with environmental standards, specifically Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) regulations. This multi-faceted approach enhances the purity of the processed water, making it suitable for potential reuse or disposal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Treating oilfield-produced water (OFPW) involves preliminary treatment step involves the integration of a tilted plate interceptor (TPI), dissolved air flocculation (DAF), and an adsorption treatment process to effectively process the produced water, yielding a first intermediate of treated water, a secondary treatment step involves bioremediation to effectively degrade residual organic pollutants, particularly hydrocarbons, that persist following the pre-treatment and a final step consists of a tertiary treatment process utilizing membrane technology to achieve a higher purity level of the treated water. The TPI consist of a number of inclined corrugated plates mounted parallel to each other usually at spacing of 2 cm. The bioremediation utilizes biosurfactants produced by pseudomonas bacteria derived from crude oil to decompose residual organic pollutants present in the oilfield-produced water (OFPW), and the tertiary treatment process is Hollow Fibre Membrane (HFM) technology involves Micro Filtration (MF), Ultra Filtration (UF) and Nano Filtration (NF) for treatment of oilfield-produced water (OFPW).
